Alongside the unveiling of its new flagship iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus devices at its keynote today, Apple also revealed some accompanying accessories. The company will be offering a new line of cases for both sizes of iPhone in a range of colors and materials.
Firstly, as picture above, Apple will be selling a leather case made from “premium, hand-selected leather treated with high-quality aniline dye”. It features a color-matched, microfiber interior lining to protect the iPhone inside it and features all the button holes and cut-outs you’d expect to fit snugly against your device. All in all, it sounds pretty similar to the cases launched with last year’s iPhone 5s.
The leather cases will be available in Black, Olive Brown, Midnight Blue, Soft Pink, and special edition Product (RED).
Next up is Apple’s silicone iPhone 6 and 6 Plus case. It looks awfully similar to the leather case but is instead made of — yes, you guessed it — silicone. The cases offer the same custom fit and maintain the device’s slim form factor by adding minimal bulk and also has the microfiber inner lining. If you want to add a little more color to your device the silicon case could be the way to go. IT will be available in Black, White, Pink, Blue, Green, and Product (RED).
Leather cases for the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will set you back $45, while leather cases for the 5.5-inch version are priced at $49. Silicone cases for the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 are priced at $35, and 5.5-inch silicone cases are $39. Check ‘em out at Apple’s newly revamped online store.

Apple Wants You to Know How 'Huge' the iPhone 6 Plus Is
For a company whose CEO once claimed any smartphone over 4 inches is too big, Apple is quite proud about the size of its new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Case in point: the latest two ads for the new iPhones, narrated by Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake.
"This is the new iPhone 6, and this is the new iPhone 6 Plus. They're the biggest iPhones ever made," the famous duo proclaim in one of the ads. Throughout the ad, Fallon lists some of the device's features, while Timberlake simply repeats the word "huge."
The ad echoes the first iPhone ad, launched at the Sept. 9 event, that also starred Fallon and Timberlake — well, their voices, at least. The two sing the theme from 2001: A Space Odyssey over footage of the new iPhones. The ad ends with Apple's new tagline: "Bigger than bigger."
The other ad (below) is visually similar, but it focuses on the new camera features — the time-lapse, slow motion mode and image stabilization.
